The bedrooms are nicely decorated and offer a peaceful atmosphere for a good rest. The Syrian receptionist deserves a promotion for his excellent customer service skills, by offering me a better room with better lighting options.
The morning receptionist was Egyptian and seemed limited in his ability to provide room options, as well as leaving broken lights in my room.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The receptionist was very kind, he even offered me a better room with proper lighting. The bedrooms are very private, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a good sleep.
Don't have any issues at all.

During my Xmas stay, I found a very kind Syrian staff member who offered me another room with better lights, the bedrooms were comfortable and private, creating a peaceful atmosphere. the location was also great, close to key places in the city.

He showed me the different room options and offered to switch me to a better one with functioning lights. the bedrooms were cozy and private, allowing for a peaceful stay. the location was central, making it easy to navigate the city and see the sights.
The breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing.
